Ilaria Tamagno – EU Practice Lead
Ilaria is a scientist and consultant with an international background in molecular medicine and over a decade of experience in biomedical research. After earning her PhD from the University of Turin, Italy, she contributed to more than 30 projects and authored over 20 publications in oncology, immunology, and neuroscience. Today, she serves as a subject matter expert for US-based startups, specializing in business development, clinical trial strategy, and technical due diligence. As the founder of Anubis BioConsulting, she provides strategic oversight for life science companies, from early-stage discovery through to commercialization.
Beyond her work in human health, Ilaria has extensive experience managing projects focused on environmental protection, innovation, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards. Her expertise includes sustainability consulting, habitat creation, and conservation initiatives, allowing her to bridge the gap between technical innovation and ecological responsibility. This diverse portfolio is supported by an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her status as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®).
A member of the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) and the Project Management Institute (PMI), Ilaria bridges the gap between technical research and business execution. She currently collaborates on international innovation projects and provides the precision consulting required to navigate preclinical and clinical testing.
